DIY: Flower Girl Pomander

Since the church won’t allow flowers to be strewn inside, we decided to use pomanders with satin flowers instead. In this way, we can ensure that the little girls won’t accidentally scatter any flowers/petals. Once again, I forced boyfie to make this one (as per his directive, I should include the word forced here). Hehehe…

Materials:

  • Styro Ball (from National Bookstore)
  • Artificial flowers (from Sta Lucia department store)
  • Satin ribbon (from Sta Lucia department store)
  • Tailor’s pin or aspile (from Sta Lucia department store)

I’m hoping they won’t look too fake though. Also, before people start thinking that I didn’t have any participation in this project, I wrapped the satin ribbon around the styro balls! So there, I did pull my own weight too. 🙂
